 Many of our clients feel like they’re eating healthy but aren't getting the results they desire. Or they notice that what used to work, isn't working anymore, potentially due to changes during perimenopause or menopause. We solve that by giving you the exact macro plan that will work specifically for your body so you're getting the nutrition you need to see the physical changes you desire. Design a custom lifting program to shape your body.

 

 The fit, fierce physique that you desire is not created through hours of cardio or high intensity workouts. If you want to look and feel sexy in your clothes, have unwavering confidence, and create the feminine shape you crave… it MUST be accomplished through a specific program that’s right for you and your body.

I became obsessed with physique building when I was younger and even did a bikini competition. I took the same training principles that I learned and refined over the years and have been applying it to our clients who don’t want to compete, but absolutely want to shape their bodies.

Many of our clients are busy professionals that juggle work, family, and fitness. This process has to make sense for all the demands in your life in order for the results to last forever. You may be in the car frequently for work or you may travel a lot or you might be on your feet all day without much time to stop and eat. The demands of your life are real. And that’s why we have a concierge-like service to give you simple tools to make progress through it all.

Whatever your life calls for, we have a solution for it. Whether you’ve got a demanding career, are a shift worker, or simply have a packed social life, we’ve been there, done that. And we know exactly how to set you up for success in a way that makes sense for your lifestyle.

Your client success trainer will take care of setting up and monitoring your plan to find exactly what your body responds to and what makes you feel your best. This is a high-touch, high-access program.

You get a private 1:1 chat with your client success trainer, macro reviews, food diary reviews, and unlimited form review videos to ensure your training and nutrition are creating the exact results that you want. Each week you’ll have a check-in with your coach where we look at your progress and make specific recommendations on what exactly to change or implement in the following week.

You also get access to our Coaching Corner with me, personally, where I run our team chat to give nutritional feedback, provide lifting form technique support, answer questions, and more. This also includes a live coaching call 1x/week on zoom.

Client Results

In order to qualify for this offer you must meet the following criteria:

  • You already have some kind of training or exercise routine, or be fully prepared to start one. Our program works best for women who are already accustomed to working out or getting to the gym. If your program isn’t creating the optimal results you desire, we will take care of that for you.
  • You are self-led and self-motivated, which means you’re already putting in some work with your nutrition and fitness, you just need someone who is going to help you take it to the next level.
