If you are working out at a gym, I highly recommend having a squat rack that is not a smith machine (sorry Planet Fitness). Although you can still achieve great results at PF, my clients tend to out grow it.
If you are working out from home, you will need bands (short and long), dumbbells, and preferably a bench.
You absolutely do not have to show up perfectly for this program. This program is designed to help you learn and practice new healthy habits for long term success. It is not an all or nothing approach, it is a sustainable approach that, when followed, sets you up for a lifetime of success.
I typically program 60min workouts but can shorten them if needed. You have a lot of flexibility in this program and I am happy to work with you to fit your needs :)
