Having trained hundreds of women over the past 12 years ranging from perimenopausal/postmenopausal women, moms, career women, women who have gotten themselves as far as they can, active duty Military, sport specific, and many in between... I've learned that every woman is unique.
Therefore, although I have a great process and system that works very well for women who want to lose fat and gain muscle in a way that is healthy and sustainable, there are many details inside that are cultivated for each woman individually.
In my current programs, we take weekly virtual check-ins which include measurements, weight, photos, and lifestyle questions. This is so I can ensure your program is getting you the results you want, while supporting you in the areas you need.
We track macros because they allow me to get laser specific for each woman, so you get to learn what your body needs and responds best to. It is like uncovering yourself as you become the most fit version of yourself.
They also allow for unlimited flexibility, making it easy to live it out as a lifestyle rather than a diet. It helps me to help you cultivate new habits for healthy living long term.
Lastly, we lift weights in a way that creates a lean and toned feminine physique. One that when you're wearing a bikini, people clearly know you workout.
